Professional Development Opportunities

As a large preschool in the Roaring Fork Valley, we offer training for people who have the heart of commitment to be in Early Childhood Education but do not yet have the formal education. Through partnership with Colorado Community College, Kids First, and more we offer a training program to take new employees from being a Teacher’s Aide to an Assistant Teacher, all the way to a Colorado certified Early Childhood Teacher and Director. This process includes taking classes, coaching, and classroom mentorship. We welcome bilingual applicants as well. Se habla español.
